About the Founder

Blueprint People Partners began long before it had a name. It started in the early years of my career, when I found myself repeatedly stepping into companies that were growing faster than their systems, their processes, and sometimes even their leaders. I learned quickly that growth doesn’t wait for perfect conditions and that the right HR partner can make the difference between a business that scales with intention and one that struggles under its own momentum.

Over the years, I became the person organizations called when things were moving fast and the stakes were high. I built HR foundations for small teams finding their footing, strengthened people operations for mid‑sized companies preparing for their next chapter, and most recently served as the senior HR executive for a rapidly expanding technology and infrastructure organization operating across multiple states. It was a role that demanded clarity, resilience, and the ability to build structure in the middle of constant change. And I loved it.

But what I loved most wasn’t the scale, it was the impact. I found myself drawn to the moments when a founder finally felt supported, when a leadership team gained confidence, or when a company’s culture shifted from reactive to intentional. Those were the moments that stuck with me. Those were the moments that made me realize I wanted to take everything I’d learned and bring it to the businesses that need it most.

That’s why I created Blueprint People Partners: to give growing companies access to the kind of strategic, steady, and practical HR leadership that helps them thrive. I bring an MBA, a Bachelor’s in Business with a Minor in Economics, and the SHRM‑SCP certification but more importantly, I bring years of building real‑world solutions in environments where there’s no time for theory and no room for guesswork.

I’ve guided organizations through rapid headcount expansion, multi‑state compliance, cultural transformation, and the everyday challenges that come with leading people. I know what it takes to build HR systems that support growth without slowing it down, and I know how to partner with leaders who want to scale with clarity, confidence, and heart.
