After years of helping companies navigate the messy, exhilarating, and often unpredictable realities of growth, I’m excited to officially introduce Blueprint People Partners, a fractional HR and consulting practice built to support the businesses that are building the future.

This company has been years in the making, even if I didn’t always know it. My career has taken me into organizations at pivotal moments: small teams finding their footing, mid‑sized companies preparing for their next chapter, and most recently, a rapidly expanding technology and infrastructure organization operating across multiple states. In every one of those environments, I found myself drawn to the same challenge, helping leaders create clarity in the middle of fast‑paced change.

I became the person founders called when growth was outpacing their systems, when compliance felt overwhelming, or when culture needed intention and direction. I built HR foundations from scratch, strengthened people operations that needed structure, and partnered with executives who wanted to scale without losing the heart of their business.

And somewhere along the way, I realized something important: The moments I loved most weren’t about scale, they were about impact.

What I Bring to the Work

I’ve spent my career building HR systems that work in the real world, not theoretical frameworks, but practical, scalable solutions that support growth. I hold an MBA, a Bachelor’s in Business with a Minor in Economics, and the SHRM‑SCP certification, but my approach is shaped just as much by lived experience as it is by education.

I’ve guided organizations through:
